Conference Chair

Kenda Salisbury, FSMPS, CPSM
Regional Director, Business Development, Degenkolb Engineers

Kenda Salisbury, FSMPS, CPSM, is responsible for leading Degenkolb Engineers’ strategic growth efforts across the Pacific Northwest region. With more than 20 years of experience in the A/E/C industries, Kenda specializes in developing and managing client development strategy. She has been successful in mentoring and working closely with technical professionals to help them strengthen their client relationships and build business.

Kenda was named an SMPS Fellow in 2019 and has been a Certified Professional Services Marketer (CPSM) for more than 15 years. She’s an active member of SMPS, the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP), and the Washington State Society for Healthcare Engineers (WSSHE). Kenda is also a founding member of Building Women, an organization focused on the education and growth of women in the healthcare design and construction industries. She serves on the Standing Advisory Committee for Harborview Medical Center, acting as a community advocate for the hospital’s design and construction projects.

Sarah Hoff
Vice President, Client Strategy, STO Building Group

Sarah is a Vice President of Client Strategy for STO Building Group. STO Building Group is a family of construction companies committed to setting the highest standards of excellence in everything they do.

She is passionate about building sincere, authentic relationships, and coaching others on the importance of understanding the client experience, conveying value, and planning for the future. A recognized business and marketing expert, Sarah has been invited to speak on a variety of topics ranging from Client Care Programs to Scenario Planning.

Sarah does not believe we can truly innovate as an industry without diversity of ideas, and that equity and inclusion is a moral imperative.

Ashley Campbell
Senior Vice Presiendt, HITT Contracting

Ashley Campbell brings a broad range of experience including strategic marketing, branding, sales services, business development, communications, and experience management. Her 16-year career centers on construction and she brings a passion for the building industry. After nearly 10 years with a national competitor, Ashley joined HITT Contracting in 2014 as marketing director. Since then, her role has grown to include corporate communications, creative management, and business development.

In 2020, Ashley was promoted to senior vice president, a role that includes oversight of the firm’s human resources department. She believes there is a powerful connection between the client experience and employee experience that defines the brand and company culture. Through this alignment, Ashley leads the strategic vision for HITT’s client and employee experience to ensure HITT delivers on its brand promise.

Fawn Radmanich, FSMPS, CPSM
Marketing & Communication Strategist, PCL Construction

Fawn Radmanich, FSMPS, CPSM is the Marketing Strategist for PCL Construction’s California vertical buildings operations. A 22-year A/E/C industry professional services marketing veteran, she is a roll-up-her-sleeves strategist, with particular expertise in leading teams to winning multi-million- and billion-dollar design and construction projects. She particularly loves to dive headfirst into giant, messy pursuit team meetings and interview prep sessions with the sole purpose of motivating teams to the win. Rooted in her innate belief of people’s strengths and forged through countless pursuits, Fawn brings a unique perspective to strategic thinking that builds on a foundation of proven practices.
